Barbara Collard I purchased 3 Economiser radiators in December 2020, to be delivered at the beginning of January, with the restrictions on the pandemic I wasn't sure I would get my delivery, however there was no problem and they were delivered promptly on the due date. Which was a huge bonus as I currently had old economy 7 radiators Being of a certain age I did find them tricky to set up but my electrician sorted them out and we now have a warm bungalow to get up to every morning a real bonus. The customer service from Ian was exemplary and I would recommend the company and there radiators as 10/ 10. You can buy from them and be assured that all will be well. 28 January 2021

Wanted a high quality and efficient radiator with intelligence built in for my garden office room. These are one of the best around for the money. Ordering and delivery was easy, fast and efficient. Andrew Wilson We approached Electrical Heating Experts without any knowledge of them, except they sold electric heaters and we were after one for my Son's garden den, a comfortable space much needed during these difficult COVID times. My friend is our electrician and given the current electrical feed to this garden advised that we could not have anything more than 900w. For the space this was not enough, which I relayed to the team at Electrical Heating Experts. The alternative was to increase the feed, at a cost of around £1,000 to get the 1200w heater we needed. Electrical Heating Experts spoke to my friend and discussed some options that resulted in us getting our 1200w heater, for next to no additional install costs. It then goes without saying that the heater was delivered on time, tracked and in great condition, its installed, works great and easy for my pre-teen son to control. I would highly recommend Electrical Heating Experts to anyone looking for a great value for money electric heater, with fantastic service. 20 January 2021
Alexander Dunstall After reading the reviews I decided to make contact with Tony for advice. Tony was only to happy to accommodate my many questions (even over Christmas! ) As a result of his advice I avoided a VERY serious mistake that would have been VERY detrimental to the EPC ratings on my rental properties to which my enquiry related. I cannot thank Tony enough for his availability and honesty. My enquiry did not result in a sale for Tony but never the less he was more than happy to advise and guide me. Neil Wileman We were quoted nearly £3500 by another company to fit two german-made electric heaters into our kitchen / dining room extension. They insisted on sending an engineer to measure up, he was just a price-on-the-day salesman. Decided to go with a 2KW Economiser, which my son and I fitted in an hour. The heater is phenomenal and more than adequately supports the electrically heated floors. Makes it a pleasure to sit in the dining room again in the winter. 29 December 2020
Keyna Lee We recently replaced all our electric Myson column radiators with the electric Economiser ones. Prior to purchase both Ian and Tony were extremely helpful with their advice and very patient with our many questions… They arrived on schedule and were fitted by our electricians - they are amazing! Our grade II high ceilinged uninsulated home has never felt so warm, it's truly astounding the difference these radiators make! They also look really solid and stylish. We also opted for the hub to get them onto WIFI, pairing was a little tricky, but we got there in the end, and are now getting used to operating the App - again so much better than the complex thermostat system we had before. Our only advice to a purchaser if you are fitting alot (like we were) is to check the loadings with your electrician to make sure the watts work with your fuseboard, we were fine, but close to max in one of our rooms. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these radiators - not sure of the running costs as yet, but we were paying alot before to be freezing! 10 December 2020
