Living in a cottgae where there's no mains gas in the village and no possibility of LPG or oil thanks to access issues, electric is my only choice. We previously had a mix of night storage and some unheated rooms which were hellishly cold and storage heaters were stupidly expensive to run in order to geat enough heat. After doing some research I found Electric Heating Expert and gave them a call. They were happy to discuss my requirements with me and guide on what I would need. I settled on the Vantage range.

Delivery was good and the units were easy to install and have been working out much more economical than the horrible old storage heating monstrosities, and the heat across the rooms is now far more even and predicatble. I did have a problem with the contol unit for one radiator but a quick call later and a new one was winging it's way to me. I guess these things happen from time to time (no on'es perfect), but it was sorted so quickly it wasn't any great problem for me. Defintiely recommended.

Communication and advice from the company was excellent and saved a lot of money from an initial quote from another supplier. Quality product and time will tell on energy usage, however, certainly warmed the house up and easy to programme.

I purchased the Economiser radiators from them. Excellent quality, highly efficient radiators. They kick out heat very quickly and maintain and retain the heat really well too.
Their communication was really good regarding delivery and their technical team answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly.
I have only had them for a short while, but so far the radiators are operating as advertised.

Very pleased from start to finish, someone always happy to help with queries and correct product, this was the best value compared to others I looked at, delivery was on time, installation easy, and it's looks fantastic, easy to use, good heat output, would definatly recommend already considering buying another. Was concererned about buying online but so glad I did.

Whole experience here was excellent from start to finish. The website made things very easy. The staff were friendly and professional. Reassuring to speak with people who actually understand heating rather than sales people or people who can't be bothered.

Prompt delivery made and even a call to make sure I was at home. I chose to review only after a month of having the radiators on so that I could give a fair view. They heat in the same way as a normal central heating system which is exactly what I was promised. Energy efficiency seems to be very reasonable.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. We found the attention to good service to be a priority with Electric Heating Expert. The fact that they stock only two types of radiator meant they knew what they were talking about and gave us confidence in their products. Others seem to have dozens of models to sell, and very little knowledge of any of them.

Delivery arrived on time and the driver was very helpful. The radiators were put up and programmed quite quickly. An adviser talked us through the setting-up which was extremely helpful. The radiators are much better than we'd first expected and work together to keep the house warm with an even temperature throughout.

All together a very good experience.

Good option for replacing storage heaters. Less bulky and more efficient. Installed in apartments without gas supply.   I can recommend these.  If I could improve anything it would be the fixings. You only get wall plugs suitable for brickwork however I bought some for plasterboard which worked fine. Will take some more in due course.

Great service and communication.
Purchased 3 different sized Economiser radiators for the office, bedroom and living room.
These things are great! They pump out some good heat and really heat the rooms well. The guides on sizing are accurate.
Easy to use, fit and install. Id recommend the Smart Hub WiFi Gateway as this makes them even easier to program/mange/control.
Synced with Amazon Alexa the other day which is great! "Alexa set the living room to 19 degrees" :).

Definitely recommend.
