Bryn Davies Major improvement on storage heaters. I highly recommend Economiser Radiators because the output is totally controlled so heating only when needed and for much less expense. The mobile phone app is excellent. Great service too. 10 June 2019

H Emmerson Could not be a happier customer. This company have exceeded all expectations. Staff are all very knowledgeable and provided a friendly and unpressured service that is far removed form previous experience of other companies that I spoke with. I ordered two different types of radiator in January. Delivery was made as promised the next day and all were fitted and up and running within a day. Slight teething problem with one radiator that did not heat up though this turned out to be because it was in the wrong mode. This was fixed in a few minutes with a phone call. Again, a very good indicator of the level of service and expertise. Pleased to say that the radiators have not skipped a beat and the bills do appear to have dropped significantly. I Taylor We were very pleased with the advice provided by Ian. We wanted a low profile radiator so we bought a Low Height Economiser. The radiator was delivered on the day we requested, and very well protected on a pallette. Ian followed up the delivery with a courtesy phone call to ensure all was well. 17 May 2019
Ollie Mason We are very happy with our new heating and also glad to have found this company. Last winter we received a visit from a well known company that we found to be unscrupulous. They gave us a price, then reduced it, then phoned every day (sometimes twice a day) even after we said no thanks. The price even was ten thousand pounds more than we have paid for these Economiser radiators. My advice to anyone who wants high quality at a fair price, would be to avoid the face to face sales people at all costs and speak with Electric Heating Expert. Kevin Fowler Excellent German radiators at a fraction of the price of others that are sold by aggressive salesmen in other companies. I found the open attitude of this company refreshing after I was subjected to hard sell and crazy prices in my own home. Not a good experience and very concerning for people who don't know how to say no. Ordered and fitted myself without any problem and I am not an expert DIY person or electrician. Tony Brookes Have had 8 of these Economiser radiators for 5 months now, replacing economy 7. They are very neat and well designed. I found the installation instructions quite easy to follow, and connected to the electric spurs from the old system. The operating instructions take a little getting used to but once familiar with them are not a problem, with a good range of settings. Now that they have been used over the winter and having taken regular meter readings, I think that a saving will be made over economy 7 heating with the bonus of having a flexible system. Have now purchased another radiator for the utility room to complete the set! 25 February 2019
