Terry Copen Vantage heaters are very impressive as is the service. Ordered and delivered next day. We maintain rental properties, so fast turnaround was ideal. The heaters operate faultlessly and SILENTLY. Running costs seem very reasonable. Very happy in general. Setup took some time but the support on the phone was good. Excellent service and support. These have been faultless and a good upgrade from old heaters. Another property opted for wifi control heaters. We have been unable to operate properly despite trying three routers. Vantage will be preferred supplier for future refurbs. Duncan Burtoft I have used the Economiser radiators now in 2 properties. They are well made and work extremely well. The service and support is great too! I have Fischer heaters in another property, which work well enough, but they are much bulkier than the Economiser heaters, more than twice the cost, and I can't say they are any more effective. 20 April 2017 Company Response : Thanks so much for your feedback, Mr Burtoft. Richard Kendall I looked long and hard for suitable electric radiators for our new extension, the all aluminium radiators from Electric heating expert were the best I could find, they look very good and are easy to control, heat output is exceptional and I would not hesitate to use the same radiators in my new garden Room and office. 24 April 2017 Company Response : Thanks Mr Kendall. Nigel Morris Make sure this is the product you really can't live without, the size you want is exactly right, and you've money to waste, because there is no going back, no after sales service, once the sale is made and you've paid your money, the company doesn't want to know you anymore, BE WARNED! 25 June 2017 Company Response : Dear Mr Morris. We're sorry that you feel this way but can assure you that we have tried to offer the best possible service. To explain; I checked into this and can see that you ordered a radiator online. Upon delivery you found that you had ordered the wrong size. We do request that all customers check and confirm their orders twice, during the order process. We offered to exchange your radiator for another size but this offer was declined. On 25/4/2017 we received an email from you stating that the radiator would be fitted elsewhere. We took this to mean that you did not require anything further from us. If this is not the case, please do let us know. If you have not installed your radiator, please feel free to get back in contact and we will arrange for the exchange as previously offered. As discussed, there is a cost for the collection and re-delivery on the pallet network, however it is cost-price only and kept to a minimum. You can also choose to arrange transportation yourself, if that suits. You also have the option of returning the item for a full refund, should you wish. J Tyas After having storage heaters for many years, these are brilliant. I've saved roughly £600 in heating expense over 18 months so can't recommend highly enough. Nothing but praise for Electric Heating Expert from pre sales advice to installation. Ben Singleton New heating system that does just what I was told it would. To replace several (I won't name them) useless radiators that had failed after a few years and the supplier failed to fix or replace them, I found these. After a really informative chat with zero pressure, I ordered and received the new radiators within 48 hours. They are solid, modern and creating much more warmth. In use now for a week and looking to be very energy efficient. I have checked daily and can see which radiators have used what. Great company to deal with and a great purchase. 19 September 2016
