I had a few hiccups with using the app and getting the radiators to connect to our wifi but these turned out to be an issue of which wifi network to connect to. 20 April 2022
Howard Lytwynchuk I was looking for a heating system for a well insulated stand alone annex adjacent to my house. Have been quoted that I needed 8 units to heat the property - I started looking into the matter myself and after advise purchased just two units to start with after doing so realised I needed a third to complete the system my only grumble was I brought the two on a deal which the company didn't extend to the third unit purchased! Maureen Howell We ordered 3 ceramic radiators in November which arrived promptly and well packaged. They were easy to install and the controller was easy to understand and operate. They heat the rooms effectively and they retain heat well once turned off. They are very economical to run and would happily purchase more if required in the future. 23 March 2022
Graeme Muir I bought 4 Economiser Radiators to replace some aging Storage Heaters that had started to malfunction. Ian and the EHE team were a pleasure to deal with and delivery was very quick. The radiators were very simple to install using the existing Storage Heater circuits (which were moved from Economy 7 to Standard Tariff supply). The radiators perform really well and offer much more control than my old heaters - and with the WiFi Gateway I can program the timings and temperatures very easily using the App. I’m about to order a couple more! John Nugent Purchased and installed 6 electric radiators last Nov 21, so happy with the quality and performance exactly what they stated, using the smart heat app to remotely control the temperature in each room as they are installed in a holiday let cottage, with the increase in energy prices it’s more important than ever to be able to turn the heating down remotely when it’s not been occupied. 7 March 2022
Mary Starmer The service provided by EHE was excellent. Heaters arrived the day we requested extremely well packaged. All three were installed and operational in a few hours. Goodbye horrible storage heaters. Being 90 years of age we had to have help in setting up the controls which seemed easy enough to younger people.
