I had been looking for sometime for electric radiators for my mums house on a shelter housing complex (no gas) eventually came across Electric Heating Expert and having so many positive reviews decided to give Ian a ring, he was so knowledgeable and helpful from the outset and also very patient After some phone calls back and forward I asked for him to quote for three Vantage radiators for lounge, bedroom and hall Delivery was very quick and I have had them installed we are all delighted with our purchase and we have the comfort of knowing any problems Ian is only a call away Thank you Electric Heating Expert.

I'd just finished programming the system to get it onto the internet (quite straight forward ) and was happy with the app having registered success , driven back from the property , put the kettle on, when synchronistically the email asking for my satisfaction rating on the new radiators came through…….
I feel fortunate and grateful to have been served by a team of proffesional offers a quality product at a realistic price. A fitter had been recommended who expertly sorted the system and got it up and running according to schedule.
Look no further this team provides a great service and support in an expanding sector where diligence and vigilance is needed.
I feel happy and as I have said fortunate and grateful to have discovered and been served by this company.

Excellent proffesional and friendly service from Ian and his colleagues.
Electric heaters offer excellent value for money - they are easy to program with a very wide range of temperature/ time settings to cover every eventuality.
Appearance - ultra modern and would not look out of place in any home.
I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

I have just had a very positive experience buying from Electric Heating Expert. I was looking for a replacement electric radiator and Ian was extremely helpful providing advice and guidance on what would be the best product. Ordering was very easy indeed and the radiator arrived a day early (an added bonus). I expect that I will be back for more as our current radiators will all need replacing in due course.

I got a few quotes that were HUGE and seems ridiculous for a small apartment. Then I googled and found these guys.. The quote was excellent AND they recommend an electrician to install (note: you can self install it is very simple).

I was really impressed with the quality of these radiators as soon as I opened the box but then I specifically sought out a German manufacturer and not cheap Chinese junk. They were a dream to fit and the electrician was so impressed that he is going to get some when he buys his own house. Much warmer and easier to control than the old gas central heating and no annual rip off "servicing"

I wholeheartedly recommend Electric Heating Expert. From my first call with Tony I was given all the information required and prices as we need to add 2 more heaters to rooms that didn't have any heating. I then called back and placed the order which Tony dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our Economiser radiators arrived the very next day and were packaged perfectly. Our radiators are now in place in our home and look great. We have had a couple of these radiators for a few years and they have worked wonderfully and are very efficient and get the house warm in no time at all. Thank you Electric Heating Expert.

I am 71 years old and throughout my life have purchased many heating units. Hand on heart when I say this is the best unit I have ever had the pleasure to own. Even for me a none DYI'er it was an easy install. This one unit replaced the two I had. Great constant heat prompt service and polite staff. If I ever need another, I know where to come and you certainly cannot argue about the cost.
