I'm really pleased with my Vantage radiators. I was so glad to see the back of my old storage heaters.
You feel more in control with these radiators. And they seem efficient so far.
I haven't made use of the timers yet, I've just been turning them up/down/on/off manually - but I like the fact that I have these other options.

They also look great, bright white and glossy.
They were very easy to fit, and once those brackets are on - you can easily pop them on/off (if you were to decorate the wall etc).

You do need to handle them in the way that it says in the instructions. IE don't lift or apply pressure to the ends when installing. Unfortunately when fitting one of mine, my father (who was helping) applied pressure to the end when slotting it in-place and one of the metal loopholes at the back snapped (so they are quite delicate in this respect). My heartsank when this happened at the time, but luckily it still seems fairly 'solid' - I just need to be extra mindful/gentle RE handling it correctly when I come to taking it off the wall when I decorate.

I did quite extensive research of different electric heating systems available, and I'm very glad I chose these - these came out at being the most reasonable as well (other quotes I had for similar-ish products were £500/£500+ more).

We were undertaking a new build in the country and wanted to avoid having to have oil fired heating. I did much research on the net and came across the Electric Heating Expert. The sales team were never pushy and Ian gave clear and fair advice. The Economiser radiators we purchased are excellent construction, good looking and easy to use and fit. Our builder was very impressed with the quality. The house heats very well so I am delighted with the result. I just await to see what the running costs will be over a full year, but thus far the results are exceeding my expectations. I would fully recommend to anyone considering

I ordered three new Vantage heaters. They were installed last week and so far I am very pleased with their quiet efficiency. They look very smart and like a “normal” radiator.
Ian was friendly and helpful when I placed the order and gave me useful advice about the size of radiators.

Photo uploaded by Colin GallI was looking for a heater to allow me to use my new Orangery all year round. I searched the internet and decided an electric radiator would be my best option. There were several companies offering German made units at a variety of sizes and outputs. I found the Electric heating expert website and read the reviews, mostly five star. They had the radiator I wanted a 2KW low profile unit for below conservatory windows and at a price which was well below their competitors. I phoned the company and discussed my needs with Ian who confirmed the 2KW output unit would be fine for the Orangery. Having spoken to Ian I was confident that the five star reviews were merited and I ordered the radiator. It arrived 2 days later by crated delivery well packaged and undamaged. It sat in a bedroom unboxed for 5 weeks while the orangery was being built. When I came to fit it, I followed the simple instructions, mainly about the location and fixing distances, and it went up quickly and securely, note these units are quite heavy so you may need two people to hang it, although I did fit mine alone. Ian and Tony sent me a Youtube link for the control panel programming and after watching this I was an expert. The unit is now in place and heating my currently empty, bare concreted floor orangery with ease holding to my chosen set point of 20c with an even heat distribution no hot and cold spots, even at a minus 7C outside temp (beast from the east has arrived) what a test. The unit looks really good on the wall and I am extremely happy with it. I can therefore highly recommend these guys and their products, just give them a call.
Update.
Shortly after installation i noticed a fault with the radiator as an element was not heating up. I contacted EHE and the after sales service was excellent. A new replacement radiatior arrived within days and the faulty one was collected on the day of my choice. This radiator is installed and working perfectly. I judge a company by how they react when things don’t go as planned and can say the EHE gave an as expected 5 star performance once again. Although my radiator had a small fault, i can say that overall the radiator has an excellent buildquality, well made, looks great and has an excellent, versatile control programme. I have already recommended this company to work colleagues based upon my stress free experience with this company.

Just had 3 Vantage radiators fitted to my daughter and partner's flat in London as replacement for ugly storage heaters. Good looking, well made appliances which, once warmed up, appear to have good heat retention qualities (though they are not storage heaters powered by off peak electricity).

It's good to be able to set the programmer for different on/off times for different days and to be able to lock the control panel to stop a small child from playing with the buttons and interfering with the settings. EHE were also able to suggest a qualified electrical contractor to fit the units which was very useful

The service I received before buying was very good. My questions about the size of radiator and the difference in the 2 ranges were answered promptly and clearly. The product was delivered very fast. Fitting was carried out easily by ourselves and the room is kept warm.

Some initial worries about buying heating over the net for DIY installation soon went once we spoke to Tony and Ian. Calculating the size and model of heaters required meant we didn’t need the consultation visit that the competitors push for.
Ian was very understanding in answering all our questions, tweaking our order at the last minute and adding important notes to the delivery instructions. There was never any pressure selling unlike with some of the other companies we contacted initially.
The five Economiser heaters all arrived on time and in perfect condition. Installation was easy and after some minor electrical work to take us off economy 7 (we previously had night storage heaters), they are all running perfectly and are economical and very good value for money.

Thanks for your review. We've seen an increase in the pressure sales that you mention, and in fact supply regularly to customers who have experienced it previously and been shocked by the price. As you say, the install is always easy compared with a gas or oil-fired system, so using one of our approved local installers, or doing it yourself, is a good cost-effective alternative.

We hope that your radiators provide you with many years of hassle-free economical warmth.

The initial contact with Ian was most helpful, who calculated what radiators I needed for our large conservatory. The appliances arrived on the day that was promised and within a few hours, I had fixed them to the wall and they were up and running. I am only a DIYer and found them fairly straightforward to fix. It's worth a few minutes to sit down and read through the instructions to work the timer. It's a little complicated but will get used to it I'm sure. The two rads have made a good difference to the conservatory and overall we are very pleased.

In my opinion if you are looking for good qaulity, good looking electrical radiators then look no further. I spent a lot of time on the web looking at various suppliers and types of radiator. When it came to electric heating expert, all was staright forward, their website is relatively easy to understand, no confusing jargon. Their prices are very keen. I sent them emails with my requirements and they advised me what I required. I phoned them and paid over the phone and collected the radiators myself from their distribution warehouse.
