Jim Brown The result of my purchase from Electric Heating Expert is that I have a far more efficient and controllable heating system, that’s costing me less than my old storage heaters and includes a superb level of control. How I got here: I wanted rid of the storage heaters that were not giving the heat required and not when it was required either. They were not old and had been in the house for only a few years prior to moving-in, but they were clearly not up to the job. I replaced them just over two years ago with another brand of electric radiators which looked good initially but were constantly faulty and virtually impossible to program. I also found that some areas of the house were not particularly warm. The supplier eventually agreed to refund the faulty ones. The rest, I passed on at quite a loss. I then found Electric Heating Expert. EHE have given a totally superior level of service. I have certainly not been the “easiest” sale for them, as I have not had a good experience with the previous brand, so exercised some caution. The Vantage Connect radiators were my choice, but I was not pushed in any direction. EHE gave all of the answers to my questions quickly and in a very detailed and experienced manner. The radiators arrived very quickly and all in good condition. One query regarding was answered promptly and they were in use by the end of the day. The radiators are substantial and very well-built. They design is modern but simple so could well be used anywhere. They have been simple to use and though I have not used the App-based control myself, family members assure me that it is very good. The Vantage Connect Radiators have now been in place for one full winter and have done the job remarkably well. No faults to report and warm in all areas of the house. Despite the increases in the cost of energy of late, I am still heating efficiently and (relatively) economically. Have no doubts – Electric Heating Expert are highly recommended. 9 Jun 2022
Joe Mann I purchased a Vantage 1000w radiator and a Modus 400w towel rail to be fitted in February during renovations. Both items arrived promptly and in good order. My electrician was impressed with them and found them easy to fit. They look really smart and have so far met all our expectations. R Andrews Been in the heating business as both a registered gas installer and an electrician for over 30 years and these Vantage radiators are far and away the best electric rads on the market. I have installed many types and find these easiest to install and program and they also look much higher quality. Fitted 30+ vantages and yet to see a fault or a quality concern. 09 July 2022

Acumen Residential Lettings Ltd I needed 5 new radiators for an apartment that I was having converted. They looked good and the price was ok but it was the WiFi connectivity that sold it to me. With energy prices being so high I wanted my tenants to have full control of their heating from wherever they happened to be - I figured this would be a good selling point. I have to say that now they're in situ they do look really nice. The construction of the wall bracket took me a few minutes to work out but it's actually really neat. The only comment I'd make is that the instructions suggest fitting the bracket at a height that would leave the radiator just fractionally off the ground. We didn't think this would look right and would make cleaning underneath it impossible so I raised it up about 150mm. 6 May 2022

Sally We bought our radiator for a garage conversion. The previous owners did the conversion but didn't put in any form of heating and only minimal insulation. The room was incredibly cold in the winter months and thanks to covid we needed to use the room more regularly as an office. We contacted Electric Heating Expert via phone first and had good advice and then we used their online help function and received a call back quickly. The advice was thorough and tailored to our situation. Having installed and used the radiator over winter I can say the advice was right. For the first time in the 6 years we've lived in the property, the room has been warm through out winter and we are absolutely thrilled. If we ever needed to replace a traditional radiator I'd be really convinced to buy an electric one again.
