After reading the reviews I decided to make contact with Tony for advice. Tony was only to happy to accommodate my many questions (even over Christmas! ) As a result of his advice I avoided a VERY serious mistake that would have been VERY detrimental to the EPC ratings on my rental properties to which my enquiry related. I cannot thank Tony enough for his availability and honesty. My enquiry did not result in a sale for Tony but never the less he was more than happy to advise and guide me. I would not hesitate to recommend or make a purchase from Tony in the future. He is very much in the list of contacts !
