The product is excellent and the service from the outset was above average in terms of information. I would have given five stars if it was a) possible to view the heaters and b) if delivery was not using the pallet system. I hope that this excellent company considers these points because everything else was perfect.

The delivery: The radiators can't be delivered by courier. This is not only due to the size and weights, but also because we need to ensure our radiators aren't mistreated, and arrive with you in perfect condition inside and out. As you mention - we don't have a showroom. This enables us to deliver excellent value by keeping our costs low. Our range is small and available in pure white only.
