3 Vantage radiators and 1 Economiser radiator were delivered to our holiday home. We used an electrician to install them via fused spurs but were able to mount the radiators ourselves with the provided installation instructions. Plastic mount covers were a little tight to fit. The radiators all look very neat and classy and seem to be very efficient. Rooms soon heat up and, as per the product information given, the radiators do not seem to be on for very long, thus, hopefully, saving money.
Customer service was second to none and, despite my asking a lot of questions over a period of time, Tony showed infinite patience over the telephone, answering all of my questions. We were very impressed with his knowledge base and the fact that we did not have to have a home visit in order to order the correct products for our home.
