Warranty

Ecopanel XT Panel Heaters are supported by a 5-year warranty period which covers the steel body against corrosion and and faults arising from a defect in manufacture. During this time period we undertake to replace the item. Electronic and electrical components and controls are covered by a 2-year warranty period.

Delivery

Delivery

Some larger and heavier radiators will be delivered on a pallet service. Lighter items will usually be sent by courier. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the delivery. If you’re receiving heavier units,  we recommend having someone on hand to help out.

You must notify us of any damaged or missing items as soon as possible. Claims can only be accepted within a period of 24 hours from the time of your delivery (or up to a maximum of 72 hours if this time period falls over a weekend).

Delivery lead-time

Order before midday and choose 48 hr delivery, or any other weekday thereafter. For delivery to Scottish Highlands/Islands/Postcode areas AB/ PH/ DD please call for a quote.

Open Window Sensor

When active, this function detects the sudden drop in room temperature caused by a nearby open window. The current heating schedule is paused to prevent waste. The heating schedule is resumed after 30 minutes, if the room temperature has stabilised. An ideal energy-saving function for the bill payer.

Full-Metal Construction

The steel body is galvanised to protect against rust and then powder-coated. Powder coating gives the Ecopanel XT a high-quality silk finish that’s durable and looks great. The profile of the Ecopanel is best described as sleek. A raised lip surrounds the top section of the panel, concealing the controls for a modern yet unobtrusive profile, perfect for modern and classic interiors alike.

Powerful Control

The lockable top-mounted controls provide all of the heat heat scheduling and energy-saving options you need. Triac technology means no “clicking” on and off as the Ecopanel adjusts output throughout the heating cycle. PID-controlled regulation minimises fluctuations in room temperature whilst also limiting consumption.

We have just built two new bedrooms in an annex and wanted them to have independent heating from the main house.
I looked at a lot of electric Radiators online and did nor want to buy one from China.
I purchase two Vantage 1000w Radiotors and I am obsolutely thrilled with both their look and performance. Once my Grandson has shown me how to control them from my phone they will be perfect.
PS We lost a pack of the White Plastic Radiator Clips for one of them, however Electric Heating Expert shipped a spare set FOC.

What a great company this from the time you've received your quote, then talking to them over the phone receiving good answers to my questions. Paying was straight forward then receiving a time for delivery was spot on. Set up was straight forward which my son in-law set up as these were for him. They look and work perfectly for them. I had one issue with the towel rail which was sorted very quickly and within a week a replacement was delivered. So top marks from ordering to delivery. Would highly recommend this company.
