Warranty

Ecopanel XT Panel Heaters are supported by a 5-year warranty period which covers the steel body against corrosion and and faults arising from a defect in manufacture. During this time period we undertake to replace the item. Electronic and electrical components and controls are covered by a 2-year warranty period.

Delivery

Delivery

Some larger and heavier radiators will be delivered on a pallet service. Lighter items will usually be sent by courier. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the delivery. If you’re receiving heavier units, we recommend having someone on hand to help out.

You must notify us of any damaged or missing items as soon as possible. Claims can only be accepted within a period of 24 hours from the time of your delivery (or up to a maximum of 72 hours if this time period falls over a weekend).

Delivery lead-time

Order before midday and choose 48 hr delivery, or any other weekday thereafter. For delivery to Scottish Highlands/Islands/Postcode areas AB/ PH/ DD please call for a quote.

Amazing customer service. The vantage radiators took a little time to set up but the service was excellent thanks to staff who actually have experience with their products.
