We had an unexpected problem with a Vantage wifi heater following a lightning storm. We lost connectivity with the heater so could not turn it off and it showed permanently as ‘disconnected’ Electric Heating Expert were helpful and responsive, and quick to point out the checks we needed to do. Alongside this we were having our electrics and wifi checked. It turned out to be a problem with the wifi router which had been damaged in the storm which we are now rectifying. EHE were in touch throughout and engagement in our problem continued until we had got to the bottom of it. I was grateful for the advice and support – soemthing you don’t always get these days once you have purchsed an item, Thank you!

The problem it proved was not due to the heater.

There was a stock issue with my radiator but Tony phoned me and let me know it was all in hand, and I’d have the radiator by the time my sparky was coming. It duly arrived as promised. Really great experience with Electric heating expert who supply Vantage Connect radiators which I chose based on quality and energy savings. They spent some hours in total to meet my requirements which are not typical (several guest accommodations on site) and they have provided a system that suits perfectly. Self-installation was unexpectedly easy. App control works well where our WiFi signal permits and gives us exactly the kind of control we need to set individual warmth for arrival and departure with limits to prevent wastage. A problem we suffered from before. Great quality solid radiators that really work and experienced staff members willing to go the extra mile.

I purchased a Vantage Connect EHVC1800 Electric Radiator, 1800w in December 2025 specifically for my garden studio which I use all year round. It was worth shopping around as I am thoroughly delighted with the product. It quickly heats the studio, maintaining a constant temperature throughout the day. Furthermore, I needed a ‘smart’ radiator that can be controlled remotely that was also ‘stylish’ – it is all these and more. Sincere thanks to Tony who couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the entire process – especially as the first radiator was badly damaged in transit by the delivery company – a replacement radiator was with me in days and his kind assistance in setting it up was invaluable… 10/10 both for the product and customer service!!

Great back up service provided following a phone call and message left. Tony called me back within an hour and diagnosed the issue with my electric radiator. Wasn’t holding out much hope of a fix but found the problem to be the circuit board.
Replacement circuit board sent in the post, arrived following day and was able to replace this myself with guidance from Tony over the phone.
Expert diagnosis and advice over the phone resulted in a very quick fix for. Many thanks from a very happy customerâ¦.. Team EHE.
