The Modus Electric Heated Towel Rail – Style, comfort, and energy-saving.

By incorporating technologies usually seen only in premium electric radiators, a very high build quality and classic styling, the Modus Electric Towel Rail represents the very best in modern electric towel rails.

Included is an IR remote controller and thermostat. It can be mounted on the wall or just left on the side. The controller features two Infrared units which send and receive signals, allowing accurate temperature control and a whole host of other functions not usually associated with towel rails. Proximity Sensor mode, Open Window Sensor, Boost modes and full 24/7 programming are all available.

The comfort level is about as good as you’ll find with any fully-fledged electric radiator unit. The Modus Electric Towel Rail is pre-filled with a thermal fluid and fully sealed. The long-life fluid retains heat and dissipates it gradually – releasing stored heat long after the rail has stopped drawing power.

Easy installation and efficient control that’s independent from gas boiler system means that the Modus Electric Towel Rail is a popular choice for properties on or off gas mains service.

Modus Heated Towel Rails are supported by a 2-year warranty period which covers steel tubular frame against corrosion and leaking, the sealed fluid core. During this time period we undertake to replace the item, should it become defective as a result of a manufacturing fault.

Electronics and controls are covered by a 2-year warranty period.

DELIVERY

Delivery

Some larger and heavier radiators will be delivered on a pallet service. Lighter items will usually be sent by courier. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the delivery. If you're receiving heavier units, we recommend having someone on hand to help out.

You must notify us of any damaged or missing items as soon as possible. Claims can only be accepted within a period of 24 hours from the time of your delivery (or up to a maximum of 72 hours if this time period falls over a weekend).
