I purchased a Vantage Connect EHVC1800 Electric Radiator, 1800w in December 2025 specifically for my garden studio which I use all year round. It was worth shopping around as I am thoroughly delighted with the product. It quickly heats the studio, maintaining a constant temperature throughout the day. Furthermore, I needed a 'smart' radiator that can be controlled remotely that was also 'stylish' - it is all these and more. Sincere thanks to Tony who couldn't have been more helpful throughout the entire process - especially as the first radiator was badly damaged in transit by the delivery company - a replacement radiator was with me in days and his kind assistance in setting it up was invaluable… 10/10 both for the product and customer service!!

Great back up service provided following a phone call and message left. Tony called me back within an hour and diagnosed the issue with my electric radiator. Wasn't holding out much hope of a fix but found the problem to be the circuit board.
Replacement circuit board sent in the post, arrived following day and was able to replace this myself with guidance from Tony over the phone.
Expert diagnosis and advice over the phone resulted in a very quick fix for. Many thanks from a very happy customerâ¦.. Team EHE.

I bought the vantage radiators from the electric heating expert. Tony was amazing at helping me decide on the best radiators for my annexe. The delivery was super quick and came extremely well packaged. After install I had issues with getting the temperature set correctly. Tony happily jumped to help and through WhatsApp was able to diagnose the issue and help my resolve it. Overall an incredible end to end service and just so nice to be able to talk to someone instead of a robot.

The best service I've received from any online company. I inherited vantage heaters when buying my house 9 years ago and they worked perfectly well. One stopped working. They supplied me a part and it's now working again perfectly. Not bad for a 9 year old heater that is used every day! I highly recommend this firm and their heaters.

This is the second purchase of Ecopnel XT radiators and very happy again. Delivery was held up by a day but not the company's fault. Other than that, great quality and heating that's quick to respond and heat the room economically. Very good customer support.

We have just built two new bedrooms in an annex and wanted them to have independent heating from the main house.
I looked at a lot of electric Radiators online and did nor want to buy one from China.
I purchase two Vantage 1000w Radiotors and I am obsolutely thrilled with both their look and performance. Once my Grandson has shown me how to control them from my phone they will be perfect.
PS We lost a pack of the White Plastic Radiator Clips for one of them, however Electric Heating Expert shipped a spare set FOC.

Amazing customer service. The vantage radiators took a little time to set up but the service was excellent thanks to staff who actually have experience with their products. All now connected up to the app and heating beautifully. It's a very nicely made radiator that feels much more solid and heats much more comfortably than others. They're also conserving energy pretty effectively. These are installed in my holiday cottage. I'd be happy to have them in my home too if it wasn't already heated with a new gas system.
