Warranty
Vantage Electric Radiators are supported by a 10-year warranty period which covers the body of the radiator against corrosion, and also the sealed fluid core against leakage.
During this time period we undertake to replace the radiator, should it become defective as a result of a manufacturing fault. Electronic controls are covered by a 2-year warranty period. They are interchangeable so can be quickly and easily replaced without special tools.

Delivery
Some larger and heavier radiators will be delivered on a pallet service. Lighter items will usually be sent by courier. After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and the delivery. If you’re receiving heavier units, we recommend having someone on hand to help out.
You must notify us of any damaged or missing items as soon as possible. Claims can only be accepted within a period of 24 hours from the time of your delivery (or up to a maximum of 72 hours if this time period falls over a weekend).

Unlike many aluminium radiators that use basic ceramic plates and exposed heating elements, the Vantage Connect features a sealed fluid core. Heat transfer to every surface is very even, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent radiant and convectional warmth throughout your space. It also retains heat for longer, meaning the radiator works less hard — reducing energy usage and extending its lifespan. With no exposed elements, the Vantage is also quieter, cleaner, and free from dust burn — delivering an exceptionally comfortable heating experience.

An intelligent solution to a common heating problem: As the weather changes throughout the year and temperatures vary daily, it’s impossible to predict how long it may take to warm-up your room. Guessing a suitable start time can waste energy or leave you cold.
The Vantage Connect monitors the room temperature in advance of your start time, tracks previously logged heat-up times, and applies precisely the energy required to meet your rooms requirement – whatever the weather.
The processor inside the Vantage Connect is key to the high performance and reduced consumption. A proportional integral control system reduces fluctuations in room temperature by monitoring the heating cycle continuously. Rather than switching “ON” and “OFF” throughout the heating cycle, the AEM chipset draws power proportionally using exactly the wattage required at any given point on a drip-feed.
Monitor your usage. See how much energy your radiator uses in real time, the previous day, week, month, and even year. This is a powerful feature that allows you to easily track your energy use in each room, plan your bill payments in advance, and take action to lower your costs.

The body of the Vantage Connect doesn’t represent much of a departure from the previous Vantage model, and that’s no bad thing. The time-proven sealed fluid core remains, as do the cleverly designed fins and channels that push warmth into the room. The Vantage is still a little weightier than some of its rivals, and in performance terms that’s certainly a good thing. There are lighter models on the market, but they lack the all-important heat retaining core that makes the Vantage so effective. Styling-wise, the fussier, rounded end panels of the previous model are now gone, making way for a more modern, angular look with clean squared lines.

Nowhere are the changes in this model more apparent than in the new electronics. There you’ll find a thoroughly re-worked user interface with a larger TFT digital display. Below is a tactile control wheel that grants instant access to a wealth of menu options with a simple turn and click.
Navigating and using the various menus is faster, simpler, and generally more intuitive. For those with no interest in the 7-day programming and other functions, a “Simple Mode” is easily found, as well as a handy “Temporary Mode” that lets you choose a temperature, a duration and simply hit go. Clicking the dial to confirm your choices is now confirmed with a reassuring “OK” and a thumbs-up icon.
“Connectivity-wise, there’s more good news”
The Vantage Connect is ready to join your broadband network without the need for an extra gateway device or hub. This in itself represents a huge reduction in cost and hassle for those who need to take control with their phone. Other brands currently charge up to £200 more for this.The on-board hardware connects seamlessly with most smart phones and tablets via the Domus One App and also supports Amazon Alexa for voice commands. We followed the process, scanned the QR code on each radiator, and went about creating some rooms and heating programs. The app works flawlessly in multiple tests. Once downloaded and set up, it’s certainly worth delving into the various menus and experimenting until you find the best setup for your property.
“The Verdict”
So how does the Vantage Connect measure up? Exceptionally well, particularly for its price when compared to its rivals. Room-filling, comfortable warmth is still the order of the day for this new model. The build quality remains extremely high, and the addition of an excellent new user interface and app control places the Vantage Connect firmly at the top of the pile.
