Prior to buying heaters I approached / researched a number of suppliers, when I spoke to Ian I was impressed at the way he explained and did not give me normal sales bull$$$t.

Technical questions I had were handled great and the design from them came through very quickly and all subsequent questions I had and the service including delivery was first class. Soon apparent dealing with a professional company.
