From clicking the button “buy now “to delivery, the communication was excellent. I bought 1 of the economiser radiators as a trial run. We now have 5 in various sizes and plan to buy 3 more. They were all delivered well packaged by a friendly delivery man who was very helpful. They are so easy to install and they look really smart. There is always the option to buy the castors too so they can also be placed anywhere In the house. You have full control of the heat output by pressing a button. They are an expensive investment but we’ll worth it in the long term and the 30 year guarantee gives you peace of mind along with the knowledgeable staff who you can talk to at anytime if you need to for what ever reason before and after your purchase. I strongly recommend these radiators and believe they are the way to heat your home in the future.Hoping you have found this honest review helpful.
