We spoke with Ian and Tony over the phone when we were looking for a heating system to replace our old storage heaters. The heaters arrived as planned and were excellently packaged. Installation was easy and they look really smart on the wall. The heaters provide a comfortable heat, according to the setting, and operate silently. We have since purchased the WiFi Gateway which enables each heater to be controlled from anywhere.
