I bought 4 x Economiser heaters from this company to supplement existing heating and I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received, the quality of the goods and the value for money. The company's website was the best-designed, clearest and most detailed that I found when researching my electric heating requirements. It included a calculator to assess the heat output required for rooms of given size taking into account their unique characteristics. Electric Heating Expert was completely transparent about pricing - prices are set out on their site for each size heater. Some other suppliers refuse to disclose their pricing and charge 5 times more than Electric Heating Expert - I know because several months previously I bought two practically identical heaters from a well-known company which uses the home visit/hard-sell approach instead. Give me a company like Electric Heating Expert any time! Ian Glover gave answers on the 'phone and confirmed by email, to every question I raised. I appreciated having a choice between a simple thermostat dial control (which is what I opted for) and a digital control. I was also impressed about the fact that the heaters are completely reversible so that the cable-entry is on whichever side is most convenient for the customer from the point of view of the electrical installation. The goods were delivered within the 48 hour timescale promised, well-packed and all completely intact. Installation was straightforward. My new heaters have been up and running for the past month throughout the two really bitterly cold snaps we've just had. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars for the product quality is that the design of the brackets for attaching them to the wall needs finessing - they are slightly visible if one is standing right next to the heater looking down - otherwise they are invisible. None of this detracts from their performance or their overall pleasing style. They have transformed the comfort of my flat. I am so pleased I found this company.
