Company Response : Dear Mr Morris.

We're sorry that you feel this way but can assure you that we have tried to offer the best possible service.

To explain; I checked into this and can see that you ordered a radiator online. Upon delivery you found that you had ordered the wrong size. We do request that all customers check and confirm their orders twice, during the order process.

We offered to exchange your radiator for another size but this offer was declined. On 25/4/2017 we received an email from you stating that the radiator would be fitted elsewhere. We took this to mean that you did not require anything further from us. If this is not the case, please do let us know.

If you have not installed your radiator, please feel free to get back in contact and we will arrange for the exchange as previously offered. As discussed, there is a cost for the collection and re-delivery on the pallet network, however it is cost-price only and kept to a minimum. You can also choose to arrange transportation yourself, if that suits. You also have the option of returning the item for a full refund, should you wish.

I hope that we can be of further assistance here. We like to ensure that all of our customers are happy with our products and service.
