We ordered a heater and set of wheels. The heater was delivered promptly and well wrapped for protection but without wheels. We called the company and they apologised, chased it up and we got the wheels a week later. Impressively the company kept us informed without us contacting them and we find this level of service rare. The heater is what we expected and we will be ordering more. Very happy with the heater and the service.
