Having bought 3 electric radiators from them 2 years ago, and delighted with the cost, and the speed of delivery, inevitably something goes wrong. This for me was one of the clips holding the radiator to the wall breaking. This was not a product fault, but human interaction. On phoning for a spare part, not only was this no big issue, but the part arrived the following day, at no cost. It's a shame, that other companies can't have this customer support.
