Richard Johnston I've dealt with Tony at EHE on two separate occasions now, once for a conservatory and once for a garage conversion where no plumbing was available. The heaters do exactly as they say on the tin providing plenty of heat at minimal cost. Tony was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. John Chalmers You can see that this is quality products. We purchased for my ageing mums cottage and she even commented on the look and quality. They work superbly, especially for old people once you have set the programme and they just run according to the schedule. Makes life simple. However if the power is down for an extended period you have to reset the clock as it loses the time after about 2 hours. We had a delay in delivery which was handled efficiently once we made EHE aware of the query and they admitted they hadn't advised us. The controls are interchangeable, so if power outages are a common problem in your area, we may be able to address this in future with an update. Martin Milburn Really pleased with both the radiators and level of customer service. Having previously bought a different type of electric radiators I can say that these look ever bit as good in terms of quality and the wireless system provides very good levels of automatic heat setting with the potential to save money. All technical questions dealt with in a friendly efficient way. Thanks to Dani and Tony. Only running for a couple of days but would recommend both the product and company. C Thrower Bought Vantage electric radiators for installation in my extension and am happy with them. I explored most options and found that the Vantage radiators fit the bill. The service and know-how from Electric Heating Expert was reassuring and the staff were easy to deal with and explained the products very well. I queried wall fixings on a Sunday and got a call back same day. Quality overall is very high. Programmers are very good and the heat output is about the same as I have from the boiler in the other half of the house. Running costs - I was impressed with the way that it was explained to me and have been pleasantly surprised. The cost to heat has not been too bad at all. Janet Ulman After researching online for suitable electric radiators for our home, it was evident that Electric Heating Expert were offering goods of a high quality at a reasonable price. This was confirmed with our purchase of three radiators which now provide our central heating. The level of service from Tony Renshaw has been exceptional, both before and after we received our radiators. Ian Walker We purchased 10x radiators last year which have proven an excellent investment. Our annual fuel bill (100% electric) is no more than multi fuel bills at out previous house. Efficient, clean, easy installation, instant heat, no maintenance and relatively un obstrusive. We would not hesitate to recommend as a real alternative to gas/oil central heating We received good advice and service from Electric Heating Expert who did their best to help us through the process.
