We recently built an annexe so needed hearing without using gas. I explored every possible alternative and decided on an Economiser radiator based on my findings based on style, quality, economy and technology. Electric heating expert we’re outstanding with their advice and help. Very friendly, very efficient and did exactly what I wanted. Great company and 100% happy with the radiator which is doing exactly what I need it to do. Thankyou very much. I will be recommending to everyone I can, which, being an Estate Agent, could be quite a few.

I had an issue with heating I had at home in Scotland. I looked at many sites and asked Electric Heating Expert for help. I had a reply very quickly with excellent help. I purchased 2 heaters a large Economiser and also a Vantage. They have excellent reviews and longevity of warranty is excellent. Not the cheapest heaters, but I wanted quality. Delivery was excellent considering I only placed Vantage order 4 days before delivery of Economiser. I managed home with only a window of 2 days when they could deliver and they managed this for me. Delivery chap was lovely. The items come, as described by Palet and I thought this would fit through my main door. It did not. This is not delivery issue this is my issue with building having glass flip doors. I had a trolly and moved them into house. These are NOT flimsy heaters they are heavy and well made. They are not wall mounted yet but have been tried and they are super warm. They look just like traditional heaters so fit nicely in every room. I wanted to try both heaters to see what I liked most but there’s no difference. Both heaters are warm, very robust and look great. I will be ordering another 3. I would like to add. As a Scottish nurse working in England during pandemic I have struggled to get home. When there is an issue especially with heating as it can be expensive you hope you can get honest help and advice. The EHE gave me this which in turn gave me peace of mind. Thank you.

We bought 6 Economiser heaters which were dramatically cheaper than some of the other options proposed to us. The initial order was incredibly easy and the follow up and delivery was exactly as we needed. We have yet to set up the wifi control but initial trials seems to indicate we are in for a very warm house this winter. Of all the people we have been in touch with for the refurbishment of our home, these guys have been amongst the few to do exactly what they promised.

After much market research our housing association (which provides sheltered accommodation for elderly persons) decided to install a 2kw clay core electric radiator in one of our all-electric bed-sit flats which have been had heating problems in the past. We were given very helpful and honest advice before making the purchase and had follow-up calls a week or so after installation to check that we were happy with the product. Although early days we are hopeful that this radiator will prove suitable for rolling out to our other 30 flats

Very quick delivery. Easily installed and programming the heaters was fairly straightforward. I would highly recommend both Electric Heating Expert and this type of central heating.

Our client had a 'granny annex' above the garage with night storage about 25 years old and a guest suite similarly equipped. We set out a value analysis for replacing the heating with modern night store to Lot 20 standard or direct Economiser Electric Radiators. The night store would have required additional circuits for on peak and associated addition to circuit protection where space constraints were an issue. The Electric Radiator option was chosen based on our submission, the off peak circuits were recycled as on peak and in both installations the consumers units were changed to bring the installations up to BS7671:2008. Only minor redecoration was required and the client was impressed with both the appearance and function of the heaters through the changeable weather this spring.

Bought a few Economiser heaters to replace an old E7 system. I have found them to be of excellent quality, easy to programme and quick to heat up to a good room temperature. I purchased the optional wheels, which was a good investment in terms of flexibility and keeping new plaster intact. Easy ordering and delivery, no hassles.
