Janet Ulman After researching online for suitable electric radiators for our home, it was evident that Electric Heating Expert were offering goods of a high quality at a reasonable price. This was confirmed with our purchase of three radiators which now provide our central heating. The level of service from Tony Renshaw has been exceptional, both before and after we received our radiators. He answered all our questions promptly and was willing to speak to our electrician if necessary (it wasn't). I would recommend this company to others 8 Jan 2014

Having previously bought a different type of electric radiators I can say that these look ever bit as good in terms of quality and the wireless system provides very good levels of automatic heat setting with the potential to save money. All technical questions dealt with in a friendly efficient way. Thanks to Dani and Tony. Only running for a couple of days but would recommend both the product and company. C Thrower Bought Vantage electric radiators for installation in my extension and am happy with them. I explored most options and found that the Vantage radiators fit the bill. The service and know-how from Electric Heating Expert was reassuring and the staff were easy to deal with and explained the products very well. I queried wall fixings on a Sunday and got a call back same day. Quality overall is very high. Programmers are very good and the heat output is about the same as I have from the boiler in the other half of the house. Running costs - I was impressed with the way that it was explained to me and have been pleasantly surprised. The cost to heat has not been too bad at all. Bella Nice looking radiator and looks great against a bare brick wall. Only gripe I have is that it could come with a template for fitting to the wall.
Jess I have bought three of these radiators. They look really smart and appear to be well made. would have bought more if there had been a bigger range of sizes to replace the conventional ones.
Emily I ordered the designer rad on line and received it 2 days later, but the packaging was amazing, very impressed. The radiator is stunning but I knew it would be as I already have 5 others in my sitting room and hall but they are white. The anthracite is classy and looks great in the cloakroom.

Fitted our requirements precisely thanks to customer service and the manufacturing agent going the extra mile to customise hooks to hang the rad tight up against the wall. Delivery all went smoothly at really busy time of year. I had been slightly worried buying product on line but product photo matched and quality of product amazing.
