We have recently moved into a flat which has electric underfloor heating which was not operating efficiently. After much investigation we decided to purchase 6 suitably sized radiators to update the heating of the flat.

We searched through the many suppliers and products available on the market and quickly decided to place our order with electric heating expert who were very helpful with the many questions that we raised. The Vantage radiators are very well built and aesthetically pleasing, they perform very well and quickly heat up the room to the required temperature. The current instructions for the programming are a little difficult to follow but we still managed to get each radiator programmed to our requirements - We understand that new more readily understood programming instructions are in the process of being produced. An excellent product from a professionally run company.

Over the last 5 years we have struggled with 3 electric night storage heaters, very expensive to use and no heat left for cold winters nights, we have just replaced them with 3 new electric radiators from the electric heating expert, we found them online got an online quote with reccomended heaters for our room sizes, we ordered online and the radiators were delivered in 48 hours, easy to instal, we are amazed at the nice even heat in our livingroom.

The wireless thermostat is great and easy to programme.
We bought a 2500W Economiser Electric Radiator also a 1200W Vantage Electric Radiator and an 1800W Vantage Electric Radiator the built in humidifier on the vantage range is a great idea, Summer is here but still cool in the evenings the radiators heat up quickly, no need to have them on all the time until autumn/winter.

The difference is amazing. All rooms now heated but only when the temperature drops and at a much reduced rate. Programming on the radiators was easy. Advice and service has been superb.

Radiators look lovely and are giving off a radiant heat without any dust or smell. Seem to work very efficiently.

I would recommend to anyone with economy seven type heating and can't praise Electric Heating Expert enough for the service and heaters.

New heating system that does just what I was told it would.

To replace several (I won't name them) useless radiators that had failed after a few years and the supplier failed to fix or replace them, I found these.

After a really informative chat with zero pressure, I ordered and received the new radiators within 48 hours. They are solid, modern and creating much more warmth.

In use now for a week and looking to be very energy efficient. I have checked daily and can see which radiators have used what.

Great company to deal with and a great purchase.

Tony who I dealt with was wonderful, he worked hard quoting us five times so we ended up with the optimum heating system for our home. I have been very impressed with all aspects of the service they provide and the after care. The product it's self is very efficient and far superior to our previous system. It also appears to use a lot less electric. All round I can't speak highly enough about this product and the company and I'd just like to say a big thank you to Tony and the team.

The service provided by heating expert was clear and concise. The heaters arrived on the required day with a good indication of timing given by the courier. I have used the instructions on the website to install and set to work the heaters without any problems so can confirm they are easy to understand and implement. I will make further comment when I have used the heaters in anger but to date I am very pleased with the quality of the heaters and the service provided.

Excellent service from the initial quote to prompt delivery. Lots of information provided with the written quote and they were quite honest and realistic in their suggestions for the type of radiators I would need. My electrician contacted them for further info and was impressed with Tony's response. Delivery service very good and a reasonable charge. The radiators look smart and I am looking forward to testing them fully this coming winter. I would definitely recommend this company
