Harjit Brar Customer service was efficient and staff very helpful. The product was delivered on time and without any problems. The products are efficient and asy to handle due to the weight. Tony Williams Best price I could find for this heater and comparable units on the internet, ordered and picked up from warehouse as I lived close by, smart looking unit, easy to install, looks great in my new Conservatory and keeps it a comfortable warmth, will check the efficiency when I have smart meters fitted later thus month but very pleased with the product 1 November 2017
Roger Cook Had several quotes from various companies and these were the cheapest and the quality of the radiators is excellent with a long garentee too. Stephen Michael Gilbert A fraction of the price of almost identical product from another German manufacturer. Main difference - we got 10 year warranty against a two year for the far more expensive alternative - 4 times the price we paid. It pays to shop around. Radiators delivered damage free on the day agreed. Smart looking units which you can individually programme and they have worked a treat since installation. We had an electrician install - he put all five in with 3 hours, including installing new spurs. David Turner very happy with my purchase of Vantage radiators. Though it's early days to comment on long term use, they work perfectly, pre heat to temp automatically, and generate plenty of warmth. Light years away from storage heaters in every way and nice quality. Helpful sales staff made recommendations and never made me feel under pressure to buy. Recommended electrician Mike was very quick, polite, tidy and good value. One negative was a dented radiator but it was replaced next day so did not delay us. Janet Thanks to all for professional and friendly service. 10/10 for lovely smart radiators that totally transformed my holiday home. Storage heaters have been replaced for one year now. Electric Heating Expert were easy to deal with and there was an excellent flow of information over a long period of time whilst the committee decided; Electric Heating Expert were very patient and understanding about the length of the decision process. Once we had ordered them they arrived on time and without any damage as they were very well protected. Very easy to install and look very good in the hall. We have had many compliments. Terry Copen Vantage heaters are very impressive as is the service. Ordered and delivered next day. We maintain rental properties, so fast turnaround was ideal. The heaters operate faultlessly and SILENTLY. Running costs seem very reasonable. Very happy in general. Setup took some time but the support on the phone was good. Excellent service and support. These have been faultless and a good upgrade from old heaters. Another property opted for wifi control heaters. We have been unable to operate properly despite trying three routers. Vantage will be preferred supplier for future refurbs.
