Russell Clarke Just had three vantage rads installed and I'm very impressed with the quality and performance so far. Thought the programming instructions were a bit daunting at first but once I got stuck in found them quite straightforward. In my option they look just as good as hot water radiators but without the ongoing boiler costs. I've been checking the usage weekly and running costs are less than I expected. Harjit Brar Customer service was efficient and staff very helpful. The product was delivered on time and without any problems. The products are efficient and asy to handle due to the weight. Tony Williams Best price I could find for this heater and comparable units on the internet, ordered and picked up from warehouse as I lived close by, smart looking unit, easy to install, looks great in my new Conservatory and keeps it a comfortable warmth, will check the efficiency when I have smart meters fitted later thus month but very pleased with the product 1 November 2017
Roger Cook Had several quotes from various companies and these were the cheapest and the quality of the radiators is excellent with a long garentee too. Kate Bruce Great product. My delivery needs were complex - as had it delivered to work where access is difficult. All dealt with, with no drama. When I phoned up and gave wrong measurements of room, this was spotted (I'd made the space massive) and gently queried so I got the right product. They're a great alternative to our old storage heaters and are so easy to install! S Beale I needed help deciding which radiator to order and was given good advice over the phone. I went on to order the Vantage Thermodynamic Electric Radiator for a cold room and have been very pleased with the heat output. The radiator arrived as promised and was perfectly packaged, which meant there was no damage and it could be hung immediately. Jim Ward After studying the market we decided to go for the economiser range. Ascetically a better look for us. The service we received from tony and Ian was as expected from a good company. They gave us a very knowledgeable question and answer session when discussing our needs. The only thought we have is maybe offering a fitting service for those people less able than ourselves.
