Pam Simkins 3 Vantage radiators and 1 Economiser radiator were delivered to our holiday home. We used an electrician to install them via fused spurs but were able to mount the radiators ourselves with the provided installation instructions. Plastic mount covers were a little tight to fit. The radiators all look very neat and classy and seem to be very efficient. Rooms soon heat up and, as per the product information given, the radiators do not seem to be on for very long, thus, hopefully, saving money. Customer service was second to none and, despite my asking a lot of questions over a period of time, Tony showed infinite patience over the telephone, answering all of my questions. We were very impressed with his knowledge base and the fact that we did not have to have a home visit in order to order the correct products for our home. James Labous Extremely good value for money. These heaters are efficient and work extremely effectively to heat our home. It's just like having a gas central heating system, and for the money they seem very good quality. They can be programmed for temperature and to come on and off - different settings for different days. They digital display is quite basic and they are quite time consuming and not that straight forward to programme, but it works well enough, and for the money I can't ask for more. You only need adjust them once so this isn't really a problem. Jason Rickard Very tired of listening to sales patter from the other companies. EHE couldn't be more different. They made no promises about radically lowered running costs. They just gave me the facts and a really good quality heating system. 3 months on and I actually have saved on heating bills. Overall quarter billing reduced by £60. Most impressive is the heating itself. Very comfortable. The radiators look modern and very "normal" so don't look out of place. Excellent all round service 13 February 2015

Vic Goddard recently installed two 1200Watt heaters in a newly built conservatory. I had a number of occasions to talk to EHE before placing the order and Tony Renshaw was very helpful on each occasion. There was no pressure to make a purchase and and he seemed to want to be sure that I had enough relevant information to make an informed decision. Delivery (from stock) was good, on the agreed date, and the manner of delivery ensured that the heaters arrived undamaged and in excellent condition. Now that they are installed the heaters look neat and appear to be effective. It is still summer (at least according to the calendar!) so a complete test awaits the onset of colder weather. Overall I am very happy with EHE and would not hesitate to recommend them. UPDATE We have now moved on November and some colder weather has arrived. This gives me the opportunity to report that the radiators are now in use and are proving to be very effective. 20 August 2015

Theo Seller After researching several other heating options, I ordered 4 Economiser radiators from EHE, which duly arrived on time, securely packed. They are sturdy, state of the art, and look beautiful. The wireless thermostats are pretty easy to set and simple to adjust. EHE were very helpful in answering all my questions. Reckon I made a good investment, as I am told you can pay a lot more elsewhere for these radiators. 2 October 2015
Richard Johnston I've dealt with Tony at EHE on two separate occasions now, once for a conservatory and once for a garage conversion where no plumbing was available. The heaters do exactly as they say on the tin providing plenty of heat at minimal cost. Tony was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. John Chalmers You can see that this is quality products. We purchased for my ageing mums cottage and she even commented on the look and quality. They work superbly, especially for old people once you have set the programme and they just run according to the schedule. Makes life simple. However if the power is down for an extended period you have to reset the clock as it loses the time after about 2 hours. We had a delay in delivery which was handled efficiently once we made EHE aware of the query and they admitted they hadn't advised us. The controls are interchangeable, so if power outages are a common problem in your area, we may be able to address this in future with an update. Jane Craigie Tony who I dealt with was wonderful, he worked hard quoting us five times so we ended up with the optimum heating system for our home. I have been very impressed with all aspects of the service they provide and the after care. The product it's self is very efficient and far superior to our previous system. It also appears to use a lot less electric. All round I can't speak highly enough about this product and the company and I'd just like to say a big thank you to Tony and the team.
