I am reviewing after a full winter of ownership. The experience of having these over storage heaters has been very positive. Our last property was heated with storage heaters. They were replaced with brand new ones in 2019 and we found that the problems of the old ones were still fairly major. Most of the charged heat was let out during the day and the house was cold at night. Replacing old for new was a false economy.

We moved last year and decided on Economiser Radiators, fitting two as a starting point to test them out. The difference is instantly noticeable. Warmth when and where it is needed and no cold evenings. Very nice design and a tiny footprint. We bought another six radiators and ran them all over the last winter. We've been impressed with everything about the radiators which are super quality and usable even by an ageing technophobe. The running costs are as expected. No surprises having come from another property with no gas. We've found running them at a lower temperature in the day time has kept in some warmth before turning them up in the evenings, without impacting on the costs.

Very happy to report positive things as someone who has tried and tested these radiators. One niggle is the thermostat controller for the towel rail which I have not been able to program so easily but it heats up quickly so it can be switched on as and when it is required.

I've just ordered 2 more radiators from Electric Heating Expert as I have had my first one for over 5 years and been really happy with it. It was a moveable one that I could position where it best suited me as I moved around in my studio. It really kept me warm when I was sitting for long periods and is not expensive to operate. Therefore when I decided to change the use of the room, I was more then pleased to buy two fixed radiators from Electric Heating Expert. They are friendly and efficient. The new radiators should be with me within a few days of ordering. I still use the first one in my new studio space and it continues to function without any problems.

I was very pleased with my Economiser heater. It was bought to supplement my well known German heaters at a price price which was vastly more expensive than which I purchased from you. The quality is first class and the heat output is impressive. I will certainly be looking to purchase more of these in the future.

I moved house in December into a large property that had some unheated or insufficiently heated areas. Adding radiators to our Central Heating system was not an option but I had heard about these new German free-standing radiators and order 4 of them. They are amazing, heating up some very large and cold spaces quickly, efficiently and economically. Electric Heating Expert was very easy to deal with, sticking to delivery dates and generally being very helpful. I recommend them and their products.

Bought heaters from here to replace broken ones. They work great, we're really easy to fit and are very sturdy and look nice too. The app works great with them and they heat up when I want and make the place cozy. Would definitely recommend. The price was good and transparent which I liked and delivery was when requested. Couldn't fault anything.

Very pleased with my dealings with Electric heating Expert. I ordered 3 economiser radiators to replace old wall heaters. They arrived on a pallet in a snowstorm but the packaging was excellent and there was no damage even though they were outside for 3 days until the joiner was able to install them. My house is now WARM thankyou.

I am astonished at the quality of these heaters. I did do some research on the net and whilst these are not cheap I am so pleased that I made the choice that I did. The heaters are modern, discreet and very very efficient. They are easily controllable and afford a warmth that I certainly did not expect from electric heating. Too soon to evaluate the running costs but I am hopeful that they will live up to expectation. I purchased four heaters and two towel heaters and it has turned out to be one of the best decisions made on the flat refurbishment just completed. Great service too!

I am pleased to find this company and have the pleasure of using a good company of high quality and also integrity. They have saved me over £11,000. I will save you the job of having the other German radiators companies turn up at your house. DON’T! They gave me a quote of £15,000 for seven radiator. I was clearly shocked so they had the nerve to say I could be a doctor on the paperwork to get the NHS discount. Not a chance thank you. Only out for what they can get. Electric Heating Expert received my order because they treated me with respect and gave sound advice answering my questions and did a good price. I have a warm house and a much better cleaner and more efficient heating system now and the Economisers look every bit the German quality you would expect. The cost of my bills has increased by a little but that is purely because the old storage heaters (still less than 5 years old) were running out of the heat early on in the day so I was always cold and some rooms were left almost totally unheated after the night time heat. During this winter while at minus 5 degrees the old storage heaters would not have stood a chance. The staff helped me to set up the first one and I then did the others easily. Really there is nothing to it. I can’t believe the difference they make and now can look forward to being warm and comfortable for years to come.

I had 6 economiser radiators supplied by Ian and fitted by his recommended electrician Dean. Very professional service, clean and tidy installation and excellent replacement for storage heaters. The app provided allows easy management of programs and temperature settings for the whole week allowing temperatures to be modified to suit the ever changing weather conditions. Excellent customer service, delivery on time as arranged. Old storage heaters were removed and taken away.
