P Wheadon Love the Vantage Radiators. They look very nice and fit in with the style of my house perfectly. The heat that they kick out is impressive and the heating cost is less than the old system with the benefit of being radiant heat which feels much more comfortable. Fitting was easy. David Dixon I had a night storage heater that when new windows were fitted became a step out to the scaffolding being used be the fitters. Needless to say it eventually became 'detached' from the wall! I decided to look for a new radiator that was economical and good to look at as well as being smart and streamlined, unlike the storage heater which was big and ugly. I decided on this Vantage radiator that although it might be a bit more expensive initially to purchase is so economical that I cancelled my cheap rate economy 7 electric, no longer having need for it. My electrician came round to fit it and it took no time at all - compared to taking out or fitting a night storage heater. (I removed the storage heater myself the day before). Preston Davies Having purchased an all electric property with 1 ancient storage heater and 1kw wall heaters, I was concerned about cost and output. However, fears laid to rest, they look the business, are economic, pump out the heat and I love the water/scent holder on the side. Very clever. Ordered a radiator for the seating room, delivered as it was indicated in the message from the customer service. Before the delivery, the driver sent a message about the delivery time. Arrived on time. The driver was very helpful, and helped bring the radiator to the garage. When installing everything was simple and clear, the help of specialists was not needed. Elaine Myers We have been using these electric radiators (Economiser downstairs and Vantage upstairs) for a year now, only ever having had experience with gas heating. The main concern we had when buying them was the running cost but that was a worry we needn't have had. They have proven to be quite economical. They look good, the house warms up quickly and retains heat. I gave service 4/5 stars only because it is a pallet delivery. We were very fortunate that a kind neighbour helped my husband carry them from the roadside. All in all - very happy. Company Response : Hi Elaine, Thanks for your review. Just to quickly address the delivery issue: Your radiators are relatively heavy and require proper handling to prevent the damages associated with regular courier companies. We therefore use a premium pallet delivery service. In having your radiators secured to a wooden pallet, we can be sure they arrive in great shape. This in turn saves you the inconvenience of returns and time consuming re deliveries. It costs us more to deliver this way, but it's the best way to prevent damage in transit. Diane Huckin I bought Vantage electric heaters to replace my old storage heaters and I love them. They are easily controllable and although I only had three storage heaters and now have five radiators I am using far less electricity than I used to so I'm very happy. They were easy to install, no mess and you can put them more or less anywhere you like and add new ones whenever you want to. I paid less than £1,500 for the whole lot from EHE, far less than other places are charging for similar products. 26 January 2020
