I needed help deciding which radiator to order and was given good advice over the phone. I went on to order the Vantage Thermodynamic Electric Radiator for a cold room and have been very pleased with the heat output. The radiator arrived as promised and was perfectly packaged, which meant there was no damage and it could be hung immediately. I would be happy to recommend this product and company.

After studying the market we decided to go for the economiser range. Ascetically a better look for us. The service we received from tony and Ian was as expected from a good company. They gave us a very knowledgeable question and answer session when discussing our needs. The only thought we have is maybe offering a fitting service for those people less able than ourselves. This product is one of the finest we could find.

Great heaters, Great service at a price less that half of that quoted by those well known companies that constantly advertise. The only difference I could find was that those companies charge literally £thousands for some simple electrical work and hanging the heaters on the wall. A very happy customer!

very happy with my purchase of Vantage radiators. Though it's early days to comment on long term use, they work perfectly, pre heat to temp automatically, and generate plenty of warmth. Light years away from storage heaters in every way and nice quality.

Helpful sales staff made recommendations and never made me feel under pressure to buy. Recommended electrician Mike was very quick, polite, tidy and good value.

One negative was a dented radiator but it was replaced next day so did not delay us.

Great company and very nice radiators.

Damages in transit are rare as we use a pallet service, so it's unfortunate that a radiator was dented. I have fed this back to our delivery co. but am glad we were able to replace it for you right away.

Thanks to all for professional and friendly service. 10/10 for lovely smart radiators that totally transformed my holiday home. Storage heaters have been replaced for one year now. The first touch of cold weather has woken the radiators up and again they are warming the house perfectly without the huge waste of old heaters. Highly recommended.

Ordered 7 Economiser 2kw radiators for our island village hall. Electric Heating Expert were easy to deal with and there was an excellent flow of information over a long period of time whilst the committee decided; Electric Heating Expert were very patient and understanding about the length of the decision process. Once we had ordered them they arrived on time and without any damage as they were very well protected. Very easy to install and look very good in the hall. We have had many compliments. You can tell they are quality items from the moment you open the boxes.

A fraction of the price of almost identical product from another German manufacturer. Main difference - we got 10 year warranty against a two year for the far more expensive alternative - 4 times the price we paid. It pays to shop around.
Radiators delivered damage free on the day agreed.
Smart looking units which you can individually programme and they have worked a treat since installation. We had an electrician install - he put all five in with 3 hours, including installing new spurs.
Would thoroughly recommend the product and the supplier.
