Pia Graham I let out a studio flat. Because of its design, the property was never suited for central heating. The wall mounted gas heater in the main room always kept the flat warm, but its maintenance had become problematic and costly over the years in respect of annual gas checks and replacement carbon monoxide detectors – they have a tendency to go missing during changes of tenancy. Having benefitted from use of a ceramic core heater myself some years ago, I checked them out online and found Electric Heating Experts. I received quick responses from both Tony and Ian at the company, and clear ‘no pressure’ advice. The specification docs for their range of heaters and the many very positive reviews about the company itself were also very helpful. I found Tony’s and Ian’s overall service regarding purchase and delivery to be Excellent. My tenant has said he is very happy with the new Economiser heater I installed in the flat just before Christmas. It’s too early to comment about any increase in running costs due to the change over from gas to electric, but having used a similar heater myself I’d put money on it that my tenant won’t see much of a difference. The only difference, a smarter looking, more efficient heater. 28 December 2017
Georgina Tomkins Excellent service provided, the order arrived on time and well packaged. So far very pleased with the radiators we bought. The look smart and heat the rooms really well. Not certain of their efficiency in terms of cost, but if reasonable would certainly buy again 9 January 2018
Kate Bruce Great product. My delivery needs were complex - as had it delivered to work where access is difficult. All dealt with, with no drama. When I phoned up and gave wrong measurements of room, this was spotted (I'd made the space massive) and gently queried so I got the right product. Kerri Bridger Just brilliant!!! I've had three radiators direct now, each brought separately at different times, after being recommended them by a friend and haven't looked back. They're a great alternative to our old storage heaters and are so easy to install! S Beale I needed help deciding which radiator to order and was given good advice over the phone. I went on to order the Vantage Thermodynamic Electric Radiator for a cold room and have been very pleased with the heat output. The radiator arrived as promised and was perfectly packaged, which meant there was no damage and it could be hung immediately. Jim Ward After studying the market we decided to go for the economiser range. Ascetically a better look for us. The service we received from tony and Ian was as expected from a good company. They gave us a very knowledgeable question and answer session when discussing our needs. The only thought we have is maybe offering a fitting service for those people less able than ourselves. Peter Strong Great heaters, Great service at a price less that half of that quoted by those well known companies that constantly advertise. The only difference I could find was that those companies charge literally £thousands for some simple electrical work and hanging the heaters on the wall. Russell Clarke Just had three vantage rads installed and I'm very impressed with the quality and performance so far. Thought the programming instructions were a bit daunting at first but once I got stuck in found them quite straightforward. In my option they look just as good as hot water radiators but without the ongoing boiler costs. I've been checking the usage weekly and running costs are less than I expected.
