Searched the web for electric radiators and found Electric Heating Expert gave the information I needed in a clear and simple format. I ordered a 600 watt Vantage for my bathroom and received order acknowledgement and delivery info from Ian. The unit arrived within 3 days securely packaged and strapped to a pallet. I found the wall mounting template excellent for attaching the support brackets to a tiled wall, and although the unit came equipped with a 13 amp fused plug on the power lead, I cut this off and fed the cable through the wall to a RCD fused spur connector remote from the bathroom. I was slightly confused with the programming instructions in the manual, and so called Ian for some clarification. He understood exactly what I needed and pointed me via a web link to an excellent series of videos that show step by step how to set the programmes for each of the many options for automatic control. The unit has been up and running now for a week and I am 100% satisfied with both its' efficiency and cost. Because it is in a bathroom I fashioned a small plastic cover with a flip up lid mounted over the control panel on the end of the unit as a precaution against any potential water splashes. All in all an excellent product supplied by a first class company.

Having bought 3 electric radiators from them 2 years ago, and delighted with the cost, and the speed of delivery, inevitably something goes wrong. This for me was one of the clips holding the radiator to the wall breaking. This was not a product fault, but human interaction. On phoning for a spare part, not only was this no big issue, but the part arrived the following day, at no cost. It's a shame, that other companies can't have this customer support. I bought the 600 watt wall mounted Economiser Electric Radiator with Integral Programmer - Electrical Heating Expert were really helpful in guiding me to the right product (I didn't want one that was too large). I am delighted with the radiator - it is easy to use and heats my cabin office up perfectly. I had wondered if it would be able to cope, what with 4 outside walls, but does the job perfectly, and as it's programmable I will now be able to stop the space becoming damp over the winter when I'm not working there.
Highly recommend the product and Electric Heating Expert - very knowledgable and great service - couldn't be happier!

I have yet to run my vantage radiators for a full season, but experience to date shows they are very good, having installed them during the recent summer. Installation by a DIYer is straight forward, but you have to be methodical and take your time. The radiators do appear to be very efficient and easily controllable. I am still getting to grips with programming them, but simply using the stand by and increment buttons is easy. Electric Heating Experts are a 1st class company. They confirmed my own calculations for radiator size, (I bought 6) and answered technical questions without hesitation. Excellent buy! For the past 12 years we've been relying soley on a multifuel boiler stove, which works great as long you as you keep the fire stoked, not so great when you work full time. Now when I get up in the morning the house is warm and when I come home it's warm. Still working the boiler stove, but now when that gets the temperature up in the radiators the EHE ones cut out, fantastic. Used to dread going home of an evening in the cold (N.E Scotland, it's always cold), now I have to remind myself that it'll be nice a toasty when I get there. Can't comment on the cost, but I don't really care at this point, I've done a couple of readings and it doesn't seem to bad, but as I say they're only on a few hours a day.

Service received from Tony was great, questions answered quickly and accurately. Delivery was a couple of days. Can't fault the service at all, would and probably will buy again!

I bought 4 x Economiser heaters from this company to supplement existing heating and I am thoroughly pleased with the service I received, the quality of the goods and the value for money. The company's website was the best-designed, clearest and most detailed that I found when researching my electric heating requirements. It included a calculator to assess the heat output required for rooms of given size taking into account their unique characteristics. Electric Heating Expert was completely transparent about pricing - prices are set out on their site for each size heater. Some other suppliers refuse to disclose their pricing and charge 5 times more than Electric Heating Expert - I know because several months previously I bought two practically identical heaters from a well-known company which uses the home visit/hard-sell approach instead. Give me a company like Electric Heating Expert any time! Ian Glover gave answers on the 'phone and confirmed by email, to every question I raised. I appreciated having a choice between a simple thermostat dial control (which is what I opted for) and a digital control. I was also impressed about the fact that the heaters are completely reversible so that the cable-entry is on whichever side is most convenient for the customer from the point of view of the electrical installation. The goods were delivered within the 48 hour timescale promised, well-packed and all completely intact. Installation was straightforward. My new heaters have been up and running for the past month throughout the two really bitterly cold snaps we've just had. The only reason I give 4 out of 5 stars for the product quality is that the design of the brackets for attaching them to the wall needs finessing - they are slightly visible if one is standing right next to the heater looking down - otherwise they are invisible. None of this detracts from their performance or their overall pleasing style. They have transformed the comfort of my flat. I am so pleased I found this company.

I had been looking for sometime for electric radiators for my mums house on a shelter housing complex (no gas) eventually came across Electric Heating Expert and having so many positive reviews decided to give Ian a ring, he was so knowledgeable and helpful from the outset and also very patient After some phone calls back and forward I asked for him to quote for three Vantage radiators for lounge, bedroom and hall Delivery was very quick and I have had them installed we are all delighted with our purchase and we have the comfort of knowing any problems Ian is only a call away Thank you Electric Heating Expert.
